Our team is currently comprised of Physical Therapists and Chiropractors working out of the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta. We coordinate with various GLA:D Back teams around the world, including the founding group in at the University of Southern Denmark in Odense, Denmark.

Dr. Greg Kawchuk, DC, PhD

As the founder and team lead of GLA:D Back Canada, Dr. Greg Kawchuk championed science, collaboration, and evidence-based patient care. We carry his work and vision forward with gratitude. Greg’s legacy endures in the clinicians, students, courses, and communities he brought together.
To honour his legacy, the Chiropractic Association of Alberta has established the Dr. Greg Kawchuk CARL Endowment Fund (email info@albertachiro.com for details).​
